Remote and island areas are not eligible for express shipping and will default to standard delivery.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $99 USD to our available shipping destinations.
Processing & Shipping Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24–72 hours after the order is placed.
In some cases, if an item needs to be transferred from another warehouse or restocked before shipping, processing may take up to 48 hours longer.
For pre-order items, selected new arrivals, or limited first drops, processing may take longer. The estimated shipping time will be stated on the product page whenever applicable.
Delivery times are counted in business days and do not include weekends or public holidays.
Multiple Packages
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse location.
To help you receive your order as quickly as possible, we may ship the items that are currently in stock first.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
We recommend using a complete residential or business street address. To avoid delivery issues, please do not use PO Boxes, parcel lockers, pickup points, self-pickup addresses, or similar locations, as some shipping carriers may be unable to complete delivery to these addresses.
Please include your apartment, unit, or suite number if applicable. We also recommend using a recipient name that matches the mailbox or delivery location.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unsupported address, LuluKing is not responsible for the lost package, failed delivery, return, reshipment cost, refund, or replacement.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@luluking.com.
We will do our best to help before the order is processed, but once an order has been shipped or handed over to the carrier, we may no longer be able to change the address.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can also track your order anytime through the Track My Order page using your email address, order number, or tracking number.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, local courier delays, weather, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order has not updated for an unusually long time, please contact us and we will help check the status with the shipping carrier.
Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check your mailbox, front door, building mailroom, parcel locker, neighbors, or local delivery office.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, LuluKing is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery. However, we will do our best to help you review the tracking information and contact the carrier when possible.
Duties & Taxes
No additional duties or hidden fees are charged by LuluKing at checkout. The price shown at checkout is final.
