Order & Shipping
Please Email us at Official@LuluKing.com within 12 hours of the date of purchase. Once the return is processed, we will credit your original form of payment. Please note, that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.
We currently have stock in both China and Canada.
For new arrivals, Canadian inventory may arrive a bit later, so we’ll ship from China to ensure timely delivery.
Estimated delivery time: 8–15 business days
